Blinc Mascara Amplified vs. Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions
Here are two popular tubing mascaras compared side by side! Blinc Mascara Amplified and Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara.
- Thrive Causemetics: This mascara gives me great length and volume, and holds a curl very well. There are fibers in the formula and I’m sure that helps. The brush is the perfect size with plastic bristles, so I’m less likely to accidently jam is in my eyeball.
- Blinc Mascara Amplified: The formula is a lot more wet and inky. The color and initial volume is good but it tried to get EVERYWHERE. It doesn’t have as much hold as the Thrive mascara, as you can see they’re looking a little straight…
- Thrive Causemetics: It is not as easy to layer this mascara because it can get clumpy. I recommend layering it while it’s still wet during your first coat. But the final results are very satisfying.
- Blinc Mascara: This is STILL WET. Although I can see the volume and length layer, the product was drying too slow and weighing the lashes down. If you use a primer, I think you can get the curl Thrive Causemetics gives.
I prefer the Thrive Causemetics Masacara because it dries faster and the brush is a more manageable size. Price wise, the Thrive one is also more worth the money. The Thrive Causemetics Mascara is $24 for 0.38fl.oz formula and the Blinc one retails for $26 for 0.25fl.oz.
