✨ How I Do My Eyebrows ✨ (Step by Step Tutorial)

Hello hello lovely people! Today I’ll be guiding you through how I do my eyebrows 😁 Eyebrows are a super important aspect that brings a makeup look together. My eyebrows have changed a lot over the years πŸ€” but I can finally say that I am pretty happy with the way that I do them πŸ€—
My ideal eyebrow is clean and simple, yet not too understated or over-the-top. So if you struggle with drawing your eyebrows and like the way that I do mine, keep reading and hopefully, I can help you out!
First things first, I have been lucky to get my eyebrow shape the way that I like it. It has taken me about a year or so of plucking and refining to get them the way they are today. This tutorial is most helpful if you already have and know the shape that you want. I prefer mine to have a soft angled arch, but everyone has a different shape that they like so don’t be worried if yours does not match mine!
πŸ’• Step by Step πŸ’•
1. Clean up your eyebrows and get rid of any stray hairs that grow outside of what your desired eyebrow shape would be. It is okay if it is not perfect on the tail end of the eyebrow as we will be using concealer to clean it up! Be careful not to overpluck 😳 It may be helpful to outline your desired eyebrow shape first (so step #2 before #1) in order to avoid plucking the wrong hairs.
2. With an eyebrow pencil, outline the edges of your eyebrow shape except for the front end of your eyebrow, leave the front end open. While it is not super crucial to cleanly draw the outline, I would say to try to get as sharp as possible so that the later steps are easier.
3. Using an eyebrow brush, pat on some eyeshadow (make sure it is the color and shade that you want!) in the areas of your eyebrow that are more sparse. Try to avoid areas that already have enough hair as shading those in will make those parts darker and your eyebrow will not look evenly filled it.
4. With the spoolie, brush out the eyeshadow to evenly disperse it. Feel free to go back and forth between step #3 and #4 until you are satisfied with the look!
5. Using a flat angled brush, outline the bottom of your eyebrow and the tip. I do not personally outline the top of my eyebrow, just up until the edge of the arch. (This is the most important step!!!)
6. Blend out the concealer with the flat brush towards the tip (AKA blend away from the front end and towards the tip). I also blend and pull down the concealer towards my eyelid.
And that is it! I know it was a lot of information, but I tried to be as detailed as possible so that you can follow along 😌 Everyone has a different way of doing their eyebrows, so if my method doesn’t match yours, do not worry!
I hope that this tutorial helped you out :) Eyebrows can be really tricky so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work out the way you want it to just yet ❀ Let me know in the comments how you like to do your eyebrows!

Thank you - your brows are similar to mine, so this was super helpful.the pictures are great - and your skin is wonderful.

This is awesome! πŸ€—πŸ’• Thank you for the step by step instructions. I might give this a try sometime. For eyebrows, I take a few drips of water and trace the line of my eyebrows with the water to train them to grow in the way I want them to. I don’t have any proof if this does anything, but my Mom taught me to do it years ago! 😊

I am thankful for the in-depth details since I have not gotten the technique down. My eyebrows have just recently become a problem.

Awesome tutorial and love the natural look!!!!

The tutorial is wonderful. I have a condition that makes me pull my eyebrows hair cut when I'm nerves. So the tutorial really helped me recreate my brows.

Nice! I don't do much with my eyebrows. Sometimes I tweeze if there is a hair that should obviously not be there. Sometimes I will use a clear mascara to try to keep my long brow hairs in place.

Great tutorial. Love how natural it looks! My holy grail product right now is the NYX brow gel. It gives me a great look very easily. I learned over time that the best thing for my brow shape is to not pluck or wax them.

Great tutorial. Love how natural it looks!

I actually do not have a brow routine! My eyebrows are naturally thick and dark, so I just keep them groomed, but no brow gel or brow liners here!

my hole grail brow product is the anastasia beverly hills brow wiz and their clear brow gel. i was looking for something that has a very thing tip on the pencil so i can be precise and careful. i do not draw on an entire set of brows, i perfect my own natural shapes.

This is super helpful! I haven't considered using concealer to give my eyebrows a sharper and defined look. It looks super easy and quick, which I love! I've been lucky in that I have dark brows and mostly just need to be kept shaped, so I normally just use a clear gel if needed, but I like this concealer trick to keep them sharp and clean. It'll be great during my in between days when I'm rushed and still need to look Outside Presentable, lol. Thank you!

Nice pics and reviews! I have used that Benefit brow pencil before and I liked it, but now I use the Too Faced Brow Envy kit. It comes complete with 2 shades of brow powder, setting wax, highlighter, tweezers and other brow tools, and 3 different brow stencils. It's the best brow kit I've found and I really like it. It also comes with a how-to guide.

I love the way you did your brows. I prefer messy but more natural look. You make it look easy and beautiful. I will have to try doing my brows this way. For my brows I use Instant Brow Fix Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Gel in Audrey which is great for me with medium brunette hair. It comes in a tube with a brush. This gel instantly fills and tints brows giving the fuller look which last over 24 hours. It is waterproof and smudge free. It took me a while to find perfect brow product but this gel makes it easy to get perfect brows every time. Pls check out my posts, comment, like and follow me. Thanks! πŸ’žπŸ‘πŸ’‹

Liked your step by step technique of achieving your brow look. Concealer is a big factor in all the results. Nice tips for this posted review for eyebrow pencil.

Most mornings I only have about 10 minutes to do my full face makeup look for work so my go-to brow product is the maybelline New York Tattoo Studio brow gel it has a very small wand similar to a mascara wand and it makes doing my brows easy and fast

Love your brows, these are just the worst for me, maybe I'll try your method, to see if I can get better, thanks for sharing your tips
