No-Burn Curling Iron!? 🤯 8 minute curls routine - high heat, low risk

For this routine, all the products I used were from a brand called Maxius Hair. I was shocked that I was able to finish off these almost professional looking curls in 8 minutes. I’m going to have to remember to do this when I’m in a rush to head to an event (whenever in the future that should happen, haha).
Here’s the breakdown:
1 minute: Rub a styling serum (I used Beyond Straight by Maxius) on the ends of your hair mainly, and also a little near the scalp. Start heating your curler in the meantime.

1 minute: Brush through your hair gently. I used this Oval Brush.
5 minutes: Once the curler is heated, you can start to wrap each section of hair on the curler, starting with the hair closer to your face. You don’t have to worry too much about burning yourself; the heatguard technology and silicon outer reduces the risk of accidental burns, so this SafeCurl Curling Wand is ideal for those who don’t have the time to be super meticulous when they’re curling. That being said, you still have to be a little careful.
**tip: I like to wrap in different directions as I’m curling because it gives off a more natural effect when the whole thing is done**
1 minute: Apply some sort of shine serum or oil to give the hair a nice, glossy finish. I used The End.
So the next time you’re in a rush to get ready, or when you suddenly realize that you (still) can’t hit the salon (...like most of us cannot right now), know that there’s still a solution to get gorgeous curls at the speed of light!

My favorite go to is , hands down, the messy buns, but for the life of me- I cant get them to look like the cute ones I see on everyone else, 😥

Great review and video. I have never heard of Maxius beauty products before. One thing you could have added was the prices of each product used. Still a great review. I have never had too much issues with burning myself however the Safecurl wand looks like it would be less damaging to your hair and I would love to try it. Oh yeah one thing I have never done and I’m definitely gonna do it next time I curl my hair is changing the curl direction. I think your right , it will make it look more natural. Yours looks beautiful !

I loved this review! It really has me feeling confident about curling my hair and getting that professional look. I love to curl my hair because it's so straight naturally to change it up a bit. Right now I either use my straightener or my plain curling iron. I really am interested in the SafeCurl Curling Wand now. You made it look so easy to use and get good results.

I would love to try this SafeCurl curling wand because I am always burning myself with the one I have either on my ears, neck or forehead and it gets annoying. Great review.

  • Sabrina

I'm always burning my fingers lol! I like that this one appears to work well and is still finger friendly. You're right, your curls in both directions looks really beautiful! 💜

My hair is long and curly. I don't need much work to make my hair curlier. This looks like a great tool to try. Great video and review.

I would love to try this! I have long hair that has a hard time holding curl. I use a lot of colonizing mousse like redken which is my fave. It gives me all day hold and some extra pep in my step!

I keep telling myself that I'm going to get out of this mom bun and do something amazing.. But somehow I always end up with the bun lol. This video was great and I didnt even know a silicone curling iron existed. I'm going to look into it because I honestly get terrified of curling irons and I feel like heatless waves just add way too much volume to my hair. Maybe this curling iron will be the right one for me. 💜

🥰🥰 cute curls !!! I wonder if this curler works for all types of hair ?

  • Katie

Your hair is so pretty!! Looks like a good curling iron. I naturally have very curly and thick hair. I like to straighten mine sometimes though. The Chi straighteners are my favorite.

  • Charley

Okay what a neat curler. I don't curl my hair very much due to how straight my hair is. I have to use a lot hair product to get my curls to stay. By the end of the day my curls are more like waves. So I got a good waver. I do nice beach waves and they stay most of the day. I still have to use quite a bit of product or my waves fall flat.

You always look so pretty!!! Love watching your videos! My quick and hair style is either a pony tail or bun. Recently though I have been doing a quick and easy side braid. I use Ganier leave in conditioner everyday. Then if I put it in a side braid. I'll also spray a medium hold hair spray over my hair to keep the braid in place. I also love doing a deep conditioning hair mask twice a week to really hydrate my damaged hair. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

This looks like an amazing product! I think it's always fun to wear my hair in waves, and I try to avoid using heat whenever possible by using overnight heatless hacks.

  • Nancy Jachcik

Very nice video and explanation Unfotunately this is one of those products that seems meant for people with long hair I have chin length and don't think i could even wind one strand completely around the barrel!

  • Y-D-O-J

I want to try The End and all of the other products on The End's website! I also want to get the Safe Curl Curling Wand! That will be perfect for all my girls and myself. Thank you for your review!

  • Christina Knittel

You have such gorgeous long hair! It looks so healthy! I am in awe :) :) :) I don't have experience using a curling iron, so it looks like this is the perfect wand for me to get started! Thank you for the links to all the products!! Your review is wonderful!

  • Jannell

So since my obsession is my curling wands I have three 🙈 I learned a few new tricks with this video! I had no idea a silicone wand existed as I do get burned with my ceramic wand sometimes. But I liked the serum in the beginning and the fact to rotate to each side which I never do! Thanks

MESSY UP HAIR BUN FOR THE WIN!!! That's my goto hairstyle - no heat, just a scrunchie and I’m good to go. I thank my genes for my straight hair which needs minimum to no styling even though I like pampering my hair sometimes :P Keratin Soothing Hair Serum from Tresemme is my savior to make sure it stays up :D

  • Jen

This looks like a super easy way to curl hair. I have to remember your technique and look into this curler. When I need a quick & easy hair style, I throw my hair in a messy bun or ponytail. That it the only thing I can do quickly. Everything else would require too much time. I don't normally use products for my ponytail or bun, but sometimes I will use a little hair spray to keep down some flyaways.

Even girls with curly hair can benefit from a great curling iron! It gives curls that bouncy, healthy look. I love Eva NYC. They're a company that caters to girls with curly hair needs, like frizz, dry or brittle hair, etc. This makes it easier for us to go natural in a pinch, or just whenever we feel like it!

  • Sayeri

I love curling my hair but my treated hair gets damaged because of the high heat ... so i use roller in towel dried hair and wait for then to dry to get some curl without heat!!! thanks for the video i will try this...

  • Chibi

My quick an easy hair style is just to use a styling wand to get some curls in. I don't normally use any products before or after because I don't know what to use. I would like to try some kind of styling serum!

  • Pauline

Really like this styling wand for your beautiful and dark long hair. Like the glossy finish too, shine on girl!! Thanks for sharing safe curling wand with all of us. I use to heat the rollers, then pin in the hair, wait until they cool off and wa la instant results. Then I heated up the curler iron w temp. gage, then set each roller of hair to curl and wa la beautiful results. The point is, the curls run off then your arms grow tired. I noticed this one you demonstrated is large enough so you don't tire. Anyway hope I win!
