Pore-Blem solved in my books!
This Touch in Sol No Pore-Blem primer is the one for oily skin types and visible pores. I definitely wanted to give this a try when I saw it. I myself have oily skin and very visible pores. This primer is made to make your foundation look smoother and your skin tone appearance even. And who doesn't want flawless makeup?! Being infused with green tea extract and collagen will keep your skin hydrated throughout the day. And it also has oil-controlling powders to help cover those pores and makes makeup last longer.
This package is in a 1.o1 fl.oz 30ml glass bottle with a pump nozzle for easy use. It's a clear bottle but the primer is light pink. The box is super cute and vanity worthy. It's got a girly feel to it with it being in black with the pink lettering don't you think?
I like to use two pumps on the back of my hand. You may use to your liking of course. I think a little goes a long way because it applies very easy. The texture is very soft and fluffy. It's oils free so no sliding around or shine. It has a very light floral scent that's soft. You can smell the scent very well as you apply to your face. It smells amazing! So if you're not into products with fragrance this isn't for you.
I like to use it mainly on my cheeks only because that's where I have the most visible pores. Dabbing it in feels quite nice because it feels great. It super soft and creamy like gently rubbing it onto the skin. With a matte finish you can go ahead and start with your makeup routine.
Once you finish your makeup you can see the difference in what the primer does. My pores aren't all the way invisible of course! But you can't see them as much wich is still a win in my book. Here's a few pics after I applied my foundation.
My overall opinion about this primer is that I like the way it gives an even texture to my skin and I like that it covers my pores to be less visible. Basically what it was called to do. Oh yeah and the scent can stay all day!
It has been a long road for me to get something to hand my skin insecurities. Finding a primer that doesn't make you look shiny or leaves streaks on your face is frustrating. And I'm glad that this Touch in Sol smooth and pore covering primer can be one that I like. Have you tried it yet? What are your thoughts?
