DIY Rosewater Face Mist! Quick & Fun Homemade Skincare Project 🌹 🌊

Hey guys so for this week's J.E.M. aka Jordan Easily Made where I show you one of my fun and quick homemade products... we are repurposing an old bouquet of roses from Mother's Day and turning them into an affordable and all-natural rosewater face mist spray! Super simple and easy - let's started! 🀟🏽
Step 1: remove the petals from your 12 roses (or however many you have), and then place them into a pot on the stovetop. 🌹
Step 2: add 1 1/2 cups of water, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. 🌊
Step 3: strain the petals and transfer the remaining liquid into a small spray bottle. πŸ’¦
Voila! DIY Rosewater Spray simple and easy.
You can enjoy this rosewater facial spray knowing it is free of harmful chemicals or additives but with that in mind, natural products like this are free of preservatives so it is best to use this product generously before it goes bad. 😊

Great review. I've only tried roseater added to other products; like a moisturizer with rose water. Very interested in giving it a try. I know the smell is awesome, so thanks for highlighting the benefits.

Thank you so much for this DIY, and all the memories, I grew up with Rose Water in the fridge, my mom was a believer of it's benefits, I still make mine, and I kind of abuse it in the summer because it's also so refreshing! Love your videos Jordan, keep them coming! Well what I take into consideration regarding primers is that first of all has to compatible with my foundation otherwise is a recipe for disaster, I also look for mild hydration, and that it allows my makeup a smooth application, I appreciate having that layer of protection between my skin and foundation.

This is such a nice idea to make your own Rose Water!! For sure i'm gonna try this. Honestly, Rose water is the only mist that I love to use! It's so gentle and so refreshing for your face. If you have really sensitive skin like me, for sure use rose water!!

  • Ashley

This is genius!!! I love rose water in a mist! So refreshing and the smell is very enjoyable. I look for pore filling normally with primers but I definitely would not mind adding more rose water to my routine!

OMG I enjoy watching your videos so much!! The background music had me dancing and this is so stinking easy to do. Thanks so much!! Rose water has amazing benefits! I have tried rose water and I love it!!! It's hydrating, helps main skins pH system, soothes irritation, and so much more. Plus it smells amazing!! When looking for a primer I seek out all of the above. I have dry skin so a primer that hydrates is a must. It also must fill in my pores making my pores almost invisible as well as allow my make up to go on smoothly. I like Glossier Priming Moisturizer Rich Cream personally. It's very hydrating, smells amazing, absorbs easily, makes pores appear smaller, and my make up goes on smoothly over top. Love it!

Thank you so much! This is a FABULOUS idea! I love rose water for a quick spritz here and there on days I’m not wearing makeup! It smells heavenly! ❀️🌹🌸
