The Best Pencil Eyeliner Found at Target

Hi PrismPop, I’m Crystal and today I’m going to be using Pacifica's Natural Eye Pencil in the color “Jet.”

This is just a simple, wooden eye pencil. I’ll need a pencil sharpener to sharpen this!

It doesn’t drag but it doesn’t exactly glide on like gel or liquid either. But overall, it was pretty easy to use and is very pigmented (unlike some cheap eye pencils).

It is 100% vegan, cruelty-free and it’s also waterproof so it will last all day long!

Pen liner looks fab on you! I like using a pen then to smudge it out. Looks great!

  • Denise Carver

My ultimate preference is a liquid liner in pen form...I need that control! Occassionally I like a stick liner with the smudge tip!

  • Micheala

    I Love to try this

I have to use pencil eyeliner, liquid is too messy. And I like to use jet black so I might give this a try! 😍

    Pencil in subtle or black...soft.

I like a soft pencil or Kohl eyeliner.... though I’ve recently been trying out a liquid. I prefer the lines I get with a pencil but it might be due to more practice. I like a fairly simple look, with the top lid and waterline both in a darker shade.

I love eyeliner! I wear mine daily! ❤ I prefer the pencil on the eyelid!🤗😎

I love liquid eyeliner, it is a lot easier to apply in my opinion. I also think a winged eyeliner look is super pretty!

I prefer to use pencil eyeliner. I like the simple subtle look that it gives me. I find that my lines are straighter and I'm able to line my lower lashes easier with a pencil. Love the way my eyes pop.

  • Brianna Newbould

    I prefer pencil!

  • Lisa McHugh

    looks very natural on her

  • Christine Czaiczynski

I like both pencil and liquid. I use pencil to line the bottom of my eye but prefer liquid to line my eye lids.

  • Shan Bushnell

I prefer pencil I'm old school

The only eye liner pencil that I have found that glides on smoothly is Lancome. I have tried many others and they were too hard.

I love how this pencil opens up your eyes and the price isnt bad either!! I love how lines eyes look, I have tried pencils, gels, felt tip pens, liquid you name it I've tried it. I have hooded eyes and have to do my liner a certain way so that my eyes dont look like a raccoon lol. To get a sharp wing I normally use a felt tip pen or a skinny liquid with a brush to get that crisp sharp wing. On normal days, I just tight line with Kat von ds cake liner and line the top lid with her tattoo liner in trooper. It stays put and that is a plus since I have oily eye lids. This pencil is on my list now❤

I’ll have to grab this one and try it!

I've tried many eyeliners. My favorite is a liquid eyeliner. I have found the go on much smoother. My favorite right now is Kat Von D tattoo liner because it's crazy easy to apply, I can get many looks, and it has amazing staying power.

Love it, since it 100% vegan

  • Kristine Flaton

I've tried all kinds of eyeliner and I always go back to simply using a tiny brush dipped in black or dark brown adds a softer drama to my eyes and doesn't dry out like liquid liners.

  • Carrie Burrus

Looks amazing. I can only use pencils. I like them better than liquid.

  • Nikki83
