💕 About The Product: the VDL Lumilayer primer uses prismatic pearls to give you a “lit-from-within” type of look… I’d describe it as dewy and glowy!
💦 Application & Use: One pump is all it takes to start my foundation off on a good foot. I love the sheen it gives my skin, but it’s still really lightweight and I can’t even feel it while I’m wearing it.
✨ Results: Helps to revive skin by preventing dullness and moisturizing while still being totally blendable, even using my fingers 🖐
💭 Final Thoughts: I love the brightening effect and how it wears, because it really helps my foundation GLOW!
